Kettlebell Workout

1 X Per Week

Great for people who need that extra push, or are fairly experienced and just need a bit of coaching per week.

$250 per month

Gym Workout

2 X Per Week

Excellent for people who are still learning and need some extra hands on coaching.

$350 per month

CrossFit Training

3 X Per Week

Ideal for those who are brand new and are nervous about working out. As well as for those who need that extra level of accountability and consistency each week.

Online Coaching

Wonderful for those who want some guidance but are confident and independent in their training. *Only includes workouts and basic nutrition guidance.
